Deconstructed Chilli Philly Sandwich
I've been longing to blog this recipe for a long time but to be fair, it's barely a recipe. Then I was sent some tubs of Philadelphia and challenged to create an quick and easy recipe, without the use of any cooking utensils, in under 5 minutes. It was a no brainer.
So are you ready? Here's how it goes. Take a block of Philadelphia soft cheese. Pour over sweet chilli sauce. Scoop it up and eat. Things you can use to scoop include, but are not limited to crusty bread, crackers, celery, carrots, cucumber and breadsticks.
This recipe is especially good for sharing with your buddies at your desk in work. It's probably the most fun way to have a working lunch. If you want to be healthy opt for low fat Philly and use veggies and wholewheat crackers for scooping.
